The smallest habits or ways of being echo across all the aspects of your life without you even realizing it. Your habits tell others who you are. At the start of this year, I encourage you to identify some of your habits and assess which ones serve you well and which don’t. Adopting new habits or reinforcing current positive habits that apply across the different aspects of your life can have a compounding and mind-blowing effect.
